What we believe

Fit the team to the project, not the project to the team.

Rather than employing a fixed bench and routing every problem through it, we draw the specialists a project genuinely needs from an established ecosystem.

An in-house team has a shape, and over time every project starts to resemble that shape. It is a subtle bias, but clients pay for it in workarounds and in work that is stretched to fit the available people.

Working through an ecosystem removes that incentive. It also means scale and specialism are rarely the limiting factor, because the team is defined by the work rather than by who happens to be free.
