Business automation

Automate the work that slows your team down.

Repetitive manual work costs hours, invites mistakes, and never scales. We find what is worth automating first and build it into the tools you already use.

The first step is always the process, not the tool. We follow the work as it is really performed, cost the steps that waste time or create errors, and rank candidates by what automating them would genuinely save.

Then we build for the exceptions as much as the straightforward path — bad data, systems that are down, cases that need a human decision. Automations are monitored, so a silent failure surfaces immediately rather than at month end.

The usual blocker

Automating a broken process just makes the mess run faster.

What’s included

Who it’s for

Staff spend hours on copying, checking, or re-entering data

Approvals and handoffs happen over email and get lost

Reporting is assembled by hand every month

What you end up with

Measurably fewer manual steps, with the automations documented and supported.

What we need from you

Three things make this go well.

Beyond these, we take the coordination off your desk.

Questions we usually get

Before you get in touch.

How do we start?

With a conversation. You describe what you are trying to achieve, we ask questions and tell you honestly whether we can help and what it would take. No obligation either way.

Do we have to commit to a full project?

No. Most clients start with a consulting engagement — analysis, recommendation, and estimate. You can take that and build it with anyone, including your own team.

Can you work with our existing team?

Yes. We can supplement your team with specific expertise, work inside your process, or run delivery end to end. We adapt to how you already work.

Who owns the code and the accounts?

You do. Source code, cloud accounts, domains, and documentation are in your name from the start. We do not hold your business hostage to a supplier relationship.

How is cost decided?

We estimate per phase against agreed scope, with the assumptions written down. You approve each phase before it starts, so there are no open-ended commitments.

What if we already know what we want built?

Then we validate it briefly, assemble the right team, and get on with it. The consulting step scales to what you actually need.
